GREGORY H. LABORDE, is an investment professional with 30+ years of experience in private and public equity. Mr. Laborde worked in corporate finance at a number of prestigious NYC based investment banks, including, Lehman Brothers, Gruntal & Co., and Whale Securities. During his Wall Street tenure, he was involved in over 20 public and private financing transactions totaling over 100 million dollars. Mr Laborde is currently focused on real estate investment and development opportunities in the South Florida marketplace.

Michael Gervais is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Susman Godfrey LLP, a boutique trial litigation firm where he represents both plaintiffs and defendants in all types of high stakes commercial litigation. Gervais has amassed an impressive collection of litigation victories and favorable settlements for clients who vary from Fortune 500 industry leaders to classes of unfairly treated plaintiffs in several national high-profile lawsuits.
Gervais' recent honors and distinctions include being recognized as "40 under 40" by Bloomberg Law (2021), a Minority Leader of Influence by the Los Angeles Business Lawyer (2021), and a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2021, 2020).
Before joining Susman Godfrey, Gervais clerked for Justice Stephen Breyer at the Supreme Court of the United States and for Chief Judge Alex Kozinski at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. These experiences have given him a unique perspective and a valuable background that supports the success he brings his clients in federal, district and state courts as well as in arbitration and at every level of litigation.
Gervais graduated from Yale Law School in 2011 and summa cum laude from American University in 2006 where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

From contract to close he's a Seasoned Professional with unmatched wisdom in his field.
David's vast experience and knowledge in Real Estate Investing has awarded him several distinctions in the Investment Community. David has a vast array of closed real estate transactions “under his belt”, from small local deals to large and complex multilayered international real estate transactions. If David is involved in a transaction, you can be confident it will go forward through fruition irrespective of any challenges along the way.
In addition to his passion for Real Estate Investing David is also a gifted musician, guitarist, singer and songwriter, and has performed venues in Miami, FL.
